Timothy Schubert and Blue Diamond Documents have processed thousands of LLC filings in all 50 states. Tim also serves as Registered Agent for over 800 LLCs.
Tim’s previous experience in the retirement industry began in 1997. Tim earned his Certified IRA Service Professional (CISP) designation in 2002 from the American Bankers Association. Currently he manages 5 different Self-Directed IRA Limited Liability Companies that hold multiple rental properties and a variety of other assets. Through participation in the community and because of his proficient reputation, Tim has developed an impressive list of professional relationships with Custodians, precious metal dealers and other investment strategists.
As a speaker and educator in the industry, Tim continues to enlighten individuals on the proper formation of a Limited Liability Company, including the standard LLC, the Checkbook Control IRA LLC and the Gold IRA LLC.

Recently Mr. Schubert assisted me in setting up a self-directed IRA limited liability company (LLC) so that I could have checkbook control of my funds.
